Prior to joining Watkins Tapsell, she worked for a boutique North Sydney Law firm where she focused on commercial property and business transactions in addition to Wills, Power of Attorney, estate planning and probate.
Deva continues this work at Watkins Tapsell and in addition she advises on and prepares business agreements and entities and distribution matters.
Deva works with a broad range of clients, from companies and business owners wishing to arrange their business structures and affairs, to families and individuals who are looking for advice in relation to their personal Wills and estate planning.
Deva is also a member of our workplace law team. She focuses on the creation and negotiation of employment and enterprise agreements between employers and employees.
Deva was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2007.
