Karen regularly advises
clients on Binding Financial (pre-nuptial) Agreements for those intending
to enter into de-facto relationships and/or marry.
Karen combines
her knowledge with an understanding of the difficult position in which
clients find themselves upon the breakdown of a relationship. We encourage
the use of alternate methods of Dispute Resolution which often results in
matters being resolved without the need for lengthy, costly and emotional
Court appearances.
Karen is trained in Collaborative Law and is a member
of the Southern Sydney Collaborative Law Group and Collaborative
Professionals (NSW) inc.
Karen also deals with Estate
and Probate disputes which involve parties contesting Wills under the
Succession Act.
Karen graduated law with First Class
Honours, at the University of Technology Sydney in 2002 and was admitted
as a Legal Practitioner in New South Wales in the same year. Karen became
an Accredited Specialist in 2009.
