Kieran Tapsell brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to any matter in which he is involved. He has extensive experience in construction law, contracts, property and leasing disputes, mediation and dispute resolution. Kieran was a District and Supreme Court Arbitrator for more than twenty years, and also acts as an advocate in commercial matters in all NSW jurisdictions. Although Kieran retired from the partnership in July 2004, he is an active and valued member of the team, and a great supporter and mentor to the lawyers in the firm
