Leanne Walker practices in the areas of Commercial and Equity Litigation. Leanne joined Watkins Tapsell in 1996. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 2002 and became a Partner of the firm in 2007.
Within Commercial Litigation, her main specialities are in property and leasing disputes, contract disputes, professional negligence and recovery and insolvency law. She represents clients in the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal, Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court and in the Court of Appeal.
Leanne also looks after our Wills and Estate Litigation clients. She assists clients who have been left out of Wills or who wish to contest a Will. She also assists Executors in defending claims being made against Estates.
Leanne is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and the NSW Young Lawyers.
