Michael joined Watkins Tapsell as an Associate in 2011 after returning from working with a firm in the United Arab Emirates.
Michael was admitted as a Solicitor in 2003.
Prior to leaving Sydney, Michael practiced Corporate and Commercial Law for a mid top-tier Sydney CBD firm.
Michael’s practice includes:
- advising on, negotiating and documenting the sale and purchase of businesses (share sales and asset sales)
- negotiating and drafting shareholder agreements, joint venture arrangements and other general commercial agreements.
Michael enjoys assisting his clients through their commercial endeavours and helping them both protect their interests and to complete their legal affairs in an effective, cost efficient and timely manner.
