With over 10 years legal experience, Tiana Daly heads up our Workplace and Employment Law team and is able to advise on the Federal and State Industrial Systems constantly keeping up-to-date on daily changes within our Industrial Relations Laws.

She acts in relation to all employment issues including documentation, managing the employment relationship and termination issues. Her work represents both individuals and commercial businesses.

In addition Tiana deals with general commercial disputes, building and construction disputes, commercial litigation including building and construction and professional negligence.

Tiana has represented clients in many Courts and Tribunals including resolving disputes through Mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods instead of litigation.
