The New South Wales Workers Compensation Scheme is set up to cover personal injury claims for accidents suffered in the workplace, in the course of travelling to and from work, or in carrying out duties related to your employment.
The term “worker” is used broadly in this area of law, and covers not only full time employees, but also part time, casual and seasonal employees.
Personal injuries, include the following:
- Sprains and/or fractures;
- Diseases (e.g. asbestosis);
- Gradual onset of symptoms (e.g. carpal tunnel syndrome)
- Aggravation of pre-existing conditions;
- Industrial deafness;
- Death from workplace injuries.

We have expertise in complicated and technical cases that employ this vast knowledge.
Where possible and appropriate, we will pursue alternative dispute resolution in an attempt to resolve our client’s claim. However where a claim cannot be settled to the benefit of a client, we will vigorously litigate to maximise your entitlements.
The legislation governing this area of compensation has strict time constraints. If you believe you are entitled to compensation, we recommend you contacting us urgently to discuss your prospects of success by either email or by calling;-
