James Roche joined Watkins Tapsell in 2012 after having practiced in the United States for 10 years. James is qualified to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales in State and Federal Courts and he is also a member of the Bar in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, USA.
Prior to joining Watkins Tapsell, James’s practice primarily involved family law disputes. James has substantial experience as an in-court advocate and has appeared in numerous jury and non-jury trials. In addition to his litigation experience, James was certified as a mediator in the United States in 2012 and is a strong supporter of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
