Tiana Daly brings deep commercial insight to her legal practice, having run businesses herself and advised many more. She leads Watkins Tapsell’s Workplace and Employment Law team and has been a Partner since 2002.

Tiana advises on all aspects of the employment relationship – from documentation and compliance to dispute resolution. Her expertise spans unfair dismissal, sexual harassment, underpayment claims, WHS compliance and the protection of confidential information and IP.

She also brings extensive experience in general commercial disputes and building and construction law, and is known for her practical, business-minded approach.
